The two upstairs bedrooms have either two queen beds or a king bed with completely enclosed terraces overlooking the ocean for relaxing and watching the evening sunsets. The bedroom downstairs has a king bed and a great view of the pool and ocean through a sliding door. Relaxing is easy with all the patio furniture on the covered terraces and getting a tan is easy with the many lounge chairs provided by the pool area.

Cook outside in the BBQ grill or use the fully furnished kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender,coffee maker, cookware, dishes and purified water. If cooking is out of the question for an additional fee you can request the cook service available at this vacation villa.

There is a small sandy beach area, but the steps down to the ocean are rocky so bring dive booties or an old pair of sneakers or sandals. Once in the water the bottom is sandy so its good for snorkeling or scuba diving right in front of the villa. Rinse tank and drying area for dive/snorkel equipment & an outdoor shower are an extra plus for snorkelers and divers.

The guest house is perfect for a couple seeking a bit more privacy from the main house. Elegantly decorated with a living area furniture and a dining table. A fully furnished kitchen completes the main area along with a separate bedroom with queen bed and a private bathroom. A separate window unit for air conditioning assures guest the comfort level of their choice.

Daily maid service except Sundays and major Mexican holidays along with linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

TV, VCR with Direct TV satellite programming, CD/cassette player, reading and video library along with telephone for local calls truly completes all the comforts of home during your vacation.
