Villa Description	Villa # 1 is a seafront villa holding 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It offers sea views from most of the house. The only thing that lies between Residence #1 and the beach is the pool. Villa #2 and Villa #3 are each 1 BR/1BA units that are seafront duplexes. Residence # 4 is a 2BR/1BA cottage. Residence #4 is the only villa that does not offer sea views. All the residences are fully air-conditioned.

Our cook, Eli, consistently gets rave reviews from our guests. Residence #1 has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and its own bathroom and view of the pool and sea.The second bedroom and 3rd bedroom each have a king-sized bed and view of the sea. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds (these can be made up as a king). Residences #2 and #3 are virtually mirror images of each other. Each is a 1 bedroom unit with a king sized bed in its bedroom and sea views. Each residence also has a convertible chair that can serve as a bed for a child. Residence #4 is behind Residences # 3 and 4. It has a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and a second open bedroom with a double bed. For children and non swimmers, Santa Pilar offers easy access to the sea. The beach is a mixture of sand and limestone. Right in front of the property 3 steps have been carved into the stone leading to a very shallow sandy botttom. (When the tide is low the sandy bottom is above the surface).There is some snorkeling here among the shallow reefs. This home offers Direct satelliteTV in English in the living room of Villa #1, as well as in the bedroom of Villas 2 & 3 and one of the bedrooms in Villa #4. Villa #1 also has VCR, CD Player and Free Internet Access (bring your own laptop), Santa Pilar also has 3 safes for your valuables and free local phone service in Villa #1 (AT & T operator assisted long distance available).
