Ranas Sur can be rented together with Iguanas Sur. Villa Ranas Sur is a seafront home holding 4 bedrooms and 2 suites. All bedrooms and suites are individually air-conditioned and most have private baths. All common areas in the villa are ventilated by ceiling fans and have been designed with cross ventilation in mind. Meticulous care and tasteful attention has gone into this house's design and decoration. As you enter the Ranas Sur home, you come upon the kitchen/dining area on your right and the living room on your left. Off from the dining area, a door leads to a Junior Suite. It has a kitchenette, living area, and 2 double beds, as well as an alcove with a single bed and a private bath. It also has a private outside entry way. Off of the living room, is the second bedroom with two double beds and a private bath. A third bedroom is located up a spiral staircase from the living room. It has 2 single beds, which can be dressed as a king if so desired and a double futon sofabed as well as a private bath. An outdoor staircase in the entry area leads up to the Master Suite with a private entrance. This Master Suite has a complete kitchen and separate living/dining areas, private bath and bedroom. It has a king bed and a double futon sofabed in the living area. It has a private balcony and oceanview. Also on the upper level there are 2 more bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 double beds and a kitchenette. The other bedroom has a queen bed and private oceanview balcony, this bedroom also has access to the rooftop terrace. On this terrace there is a shade area and shower for rinsing. These 2 bedrooms share a bath. This home also has a satellite television, DVD Player, a safe for your valuables and free local phone service (no long distance, collect or 800 numbers are accessible) as well as Free High Speed Wireless Internet Access (bring your own laptop). This house accommodates a maximum of 16 guests. Six hundred meters south of the house is the beginning of San Francisco Beach, a beautiful sandy beach accessible via a path cut in the jungle. On the way you'll find a pier (for dive pickup when weather prevents boat from docking at your home). For beachcombers, this is one of the longest in Cozumel, stretching on for miles with only a few hotels and restaurants interspersed along this lightly trafficked area. Get lost on a sunset walk along this lovely beach. This home can also be rented with its sister home, Iguanas Sur, to give you a total of 11 bedrooms. COOK SERVICE
Your cook will prepare breakfast, and a choice of either lunch or dinner every day except Sunday. The cook's expertise lies in regional cuisine. To simplify matters, following is our daily menu with various options and substitutions.
All breakfasts include: assorted fruit, juice, bread, butter, jam and coffee.
Substitutions / Options... no additional charge: There is currently a charge of $200 per guest per week (6 days) including food and the services of the cook. Children age 2-9 incur a $100 charge. Children under 2 are free of charge. If you desire shrimp or lobster at a meal, there is a surcharge of $28 per guest. Cook service can be arranged for as few as 3 consecutive days; the daily rate is $50 per day for adults and $25 children. The minimum is 4 adult guests. If you want our staff to shop for you and have your kitchen stocked with beverages or other provisions, then you simply pay for the cost of the items, plus a 20% shopping fee. If the food service option is chosen, all guests in the party must use the food service. Prices are subject to change. Once the service is booked, the charge is fixed at the price quoted at the time of booking the food service and will not be changed. Payment must be made for all guests in advance. This will be paid along with your rental payments for the villa or condo to the US office. Please call or e-mail our Cozumel office to reserve the food service. They can provide you with information regarding meals, and assist you with items (if any) you would like the house stocked with (see shopping service above). Once you have all the details finalized you can contact our US office to arrange payment. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and checks. |
